These are the terms and conditions for RPM Driving School.

You will receive a copy of RPM Driving School's terms and conditions before you start your first driving lesson with us. These will need to be read and signed before we start our first lesson.

Your eyesight will be checked on your first driving lesson and it must meet the legal requirement.

Your provisional licence will be checked on our first lesson before you get in the drivers seat.

Payment for all lessons needs to be made in advance. This will be explained before our first lesson, and will be expected throughout the full time you recieve tutition from RPM Driving School.

Payment is accepted by either cash, bank transfer, or by card using a payment link through STRIPE.

You must give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your driving lesson. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the time that you have booked in the instructor’s diary. This 48 hour rule also applies if you want to cut your lesson time. e.g. changing from a 2 hour lesson to a 1 hour lesson.

If your driving instructor thinks you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs then the driving lesson will be terminated and you will be charged for the time booked in the instructor’s diary.

If your driving instructor believes you act in a overly aggressive way when behind the wheel, or in a way which may impact the safety of others on the road, then the lesson will be cancelled on the spot and still charged.

Your driving instructor reserves the right to withdraw use of the tuition vehicle for test purposes if they deem that your driving is not up to standard and could pose a threat to the general public or the tuition vehicle.

At least 30 days notice will be given in the event of any driving lesson price changes.
